Attracting Top Talent: Strategic Social Media Campaign

When hiring title curatives and escrow officers, Empora found that often the most skilled professionals aren’t found online, but by word of mouth. To capitalize on the power of referrals and tap into the network of title professionals nationally, I created a small social & email campaign to encourage real estate professionals in our targeted areas to refer their favorite title partners.

This was a tight turnaround project, requiring swift execution with minimal time for iteration or feedback. Despite the compressed timeline, the assets delivered strong results, successfully engaging the target audience and achieving the campaign's goals.
